- Cookies: we use minimal cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences and improve form reliability. We do not use targeted advertising cookies on this page.
How we use your information
- Process your registration and send confirmations, reminders, and access links.
- Deliver event resources (e.g., the cheat sheet) and post-event follow-ups you request.
- Respond to your questions and provide support.
- Maintain site security, prevent fraud/spam (including honeypot checks), and improve the webinar experience.

Sharing with service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted processors who help us deliver the webinar and communications, such as:
- Webinar platform (e.g., Zoom) to generate your unique join link;
- Email/SMS providers to send confirmations and reminders;
- Marketing automation/CRM and form processing tools (e.g., Make.com, ConvertKit) to manage registrations and resources;
- Data storage/spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets/Airtable) for attendance logs.
These providers may process data on our behalf under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep registration records only as long as needed for the purposes above (typically no more than 24 months after the event), unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.
